Coconut shell activated carbon
Activated carbons sourced from coconut shells have a high hardness and are more abrasion resistant than any other carbon type. The typical applications are gold and precious metal recovery, removal of volatile organic compounds, and pharmaceutical grade applications.
Common Coconut Shell Carbon Grades:
- COC-A55: high activity granular activated carbon for low molecular weight organics removal
- COC-L60: high activity granular activated carbon designed for a wide variety of liquid purification applications
- COC-L60 CAT: highly microporous catalytic granular activated carbon with superior performance for chloramine, hydrogen peroxide, iron, and hydrogen sulfide removal in water
- ACOC-L60 CAT: highly microporous catalytic granular activated carbon with superior performance for chloramine, hydrogen peroxide, iron, and hydrogen sulfide removal in water. Pre-washed to keep pH neutral and remove ash and floaters.
- ACOC-L60: acid-washed and very high activity granular activated carbon designed for bottled beverage and pharmaceutical applications
- COC-SL60: silver impregnated granular activated carbon used for point of use (POU) applications for water to use as a bacteria inhibitor

Coal base activated carbon
Coal activated carbons are sourced from four different base materials: bituminous, sub-bituminous, anthracite, and lignite coal. The unique pore distribution from these base materials makes the carbon suitable to remove low to high molecular weight organics.
Common Coal Carbon Grades:
- COL-A60: medium activity granular activated carbon designed for general air treatment.
- COL-L60: medium & high activity granular activated carbon for general wastewater treatment, storm water filtration and PFAS/PFOS removal.
- COL-PA60: high activity extruded pellet carbon designed for the treatment of volatile organics and hydrocarbons
- COL-PA70: very high activity extruded pellet activated carbon for siloxanes and volatile organics treatment in biogas

Wood activated carbon
Activated carbons produced from high-quality sawdust by steam or phosphoric acid activation. The mesopores and macropores of wood carbon are ideal for decolourisation in liquids and water and are available in extruded pellets, powder and granular forms:

- RUW-PL303: high capacity and macro-pore carbons are intended to absorb large molecular weight compounds in various liquid applications.

Catalytic activated carbon
Catalytic activated carbons are designed to remove chloramines and hydrogen sulfide in drinking water and hydrogen sulfide gas in the air. They have all the adsorptive characteristics of conventional carbons and promote chemisorption.

Impregnated activated carbon
Impregnated activated carbons are suitable for applications where non-treated carbon may not be useful. The impregnation of activated carbon chemically modifies the activated carbon's surface and enhances its adsorption capacity to adsorb various impurities.

- COL-IK60: extruded pellet carbon for acid gas treatment in odour control and biogas
- COL-IKI60: extruded pellet carbon for acid gas treatment in odour control

VAP canisters are adsorption units for the treatment of air and gas in a wide variety of applications. They are useful in purifying air streams with low VOCs, odorous compounds, and corrosive impurities.
